.....learning the ropes, I was always cut and then started lifting and gain a lot of weight very fast, the pic looks good but Im not that great of shape, I was around 160 back then
Im at about 175 here, just maintaining and slowly gaining, too slow tho

-I work a 4-day split with a day off in between or 2 days on, 1 off, for about 2 hours including stretching before and after lifting.
