This is after the holidays. I have been on an off and on workout schedual since Thanksgiving .Even though poor healthy eating I look like I managed to lean up a little. Back to the heavy regular lifting.

six pack is closer. Its a tuff go getting the muscle to grow at this age At this stage I was doing an arobic wo in the early am without adding a protein shake before hand.

just an update 1yr and counting This is after roughly 2 months of protein shake before am cardio.

1 yr and movin on. This again is after 2 months of protein shake before am cardio I am gaining weight and look to be developing more lean muscle mass. What do you think?

after a pecs only wo on a hot June night. Still bulking and downing alot of cals carbs and protein.This is again what has happened after cardio in the am with something for the body for fuel. Look to be gaining lean muscle mass.
