In my early thirties my wife got me a curl bar and two 25lb weigths. The rest is history been at it off and on since then just getting back to it after 3 years away from it
Why I Love It:
I dont really love it but I do like the way it makes me look and feel. I have come to love the feel of growth in a sore muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes in my body , reading about others on bb.com and knowing im being the best that I can make myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Well for me just getting this posted is somewhat major. No contests but challanging myself to keep going. The big one will be when I can see the 6 pack without trying. Lots of work to do.

A few more workouts in and I can feel the energy levels starting to return. It was good having the time off and getting away from the weights for a while. I was very apprehensive not working out for a month. I did notice that I did not gain much weigth as my metabolisum must have stayed high...
