I had a relapse since i got sick a few weeks back and really didnt eat much lost some weight. But i got back into it once again and it feels better than ever. Thank you for asking. How's training going for you?

Wow that is awesome! Damn now that makes me want to go. One day i will be there and yes one day ill be up on that stage no doubt about that. My goal is to meet all my bb friends, that'd be amazing and have a party at my house lol i will do it one day in the future.

Ah yes 4 days off will be just fine for you, in fact more than fine to assure that recovery is at its best. I need to take tommorow off and rest up and ill hit legs hard on thrusday cant wait for that!

It is good to hear from you once again! Yes everything has been going smoothly. I was in florida for so long, just came back to new jersey my hometown to start up college once again. I made my surprise visit at my gym and everyone was like "damn you lost all your mass" Truth be told is i only toned down to trick my body." But yet i got stronger so im happy with my results. This winter ill get more massive. I just need to be patient.

That is what drives me. Whether i can lift 5 lbs heavier or i can increase even a single more rep. That is progress. And within time these smaller goals become bigger goals.

5"8 235 lbs. It took time to gain such great levels of motivation and drive. There were times that I did get depressed threw in the towel and walked away from bodybuilding. It took my friend to get me back into it. Now i live off setting small goals. When i reach them i am really astonished and happy. So then i begin to set more goals.

Yes, it's good to every so often change things up. As you listen to your body and know what it needs. Im doing pretty good been working out consistenly, i took about 10 days off a few weeks ago to rest since ive been at it 6 days on one day off for the past year. Today is my day off, about to go over a friends house for a bbq. Just relax and enjoy this day off. Keep in touch ill hear from you soon.

Today ill probably take today off its been 6 days straight of working out but then its not much because i did take 10 days off previously. Soo whatcha up to in Kentucky, just the sound of that makes me wanna get some good ol kentucky fried chicken haha

Yesterday worked out did some chest and triceps. Last night went over a friend's house to catch up on things havent seen him since a year so it was cool. And today well not sure for the first time i woke up around 1 30 pm dont know how that happened.

Aw you'll be fine. I do think the same as well. That's why im not planning to do a competition in awhile. Sometimes its better to wait, the more time you have to improve on your weaknesses and there is a better chance you'll get 1st place.
