One day I was walking into an A&P (grocery store) went down the magazine aisle and saw a picture of Ronnie Coleman on it. I didn't know him at the time but since then he has been a big icon to me. I follow his advice, I take it literally, and it works for me.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's something that you can keep doing and doing. It never stops to a point where your done or there is a limit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by always try to go beyond my limits. Always progressing and never stop short of what I have the ability to do.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really have any major bodybuilding accomplishment. Im not really into the scene yet in terms of competing. I want to build a good foundation first and see where that will take me in the future. Im guessing in the next couple of years or so.

Goal (Long):
I want to lift the same amount of weights in a contest prep.
the 27th of august...so hopefully sometime in september i will work on progress pictures i also have more pics on my myspace..so if anyone is interested in lookin at that then u can ask me for it.
you will be the future Olympia for sure. Ya i want to go check it out Ava will be there and a few others from here. Would be cool to meet some of my bb friends
hi sweetie..surprise.. im in class right now.. i train today early did cardio, back and some quick abs... then went to work at my job 8hrs straight. and now im sitting in class right now.. im so happy your back at home and your back on the net..lol
Vic! How did you progress after the break? Is it good to be back in action? I'm vacationing this week with family, and geeking out b/c it's been 4 days out of the gym already. Tell me it will be okay!!!!
yeah vball is a lot of fun, the sand is great tho, b/c its sooo much easier to fall in, but i love diving on the hard floor & gliding across it, ha.. plus its easier to jump indoors,but playing defense is a lot better outdoors than indoors... some rules are different so i tend forget where i'm at when i play sometimes.. but its soo much fun
