How I Started:
I wanted to lose fat, i was a really fat kid, so i decided to start lifting and ive been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love it because its like an ongoing science experiment in which you see physical results and..you get huge mental benefits, confidence and respect.
How I Stay Motivated:
watching pumping iron, and the desire and need to be huge
Gotta get 25" Legs, 16" calves, 16" arms, 48" chest, 54" Shoulders, 12.5" Forearms.
Trying TO bench: 185x5 by august. 225 for sets, to get to 255 max.
Deadlift: 305 by august/ 405 By end of year.
Squat: 285 by august. 325 By End of yar.
BB Accomplishments:
gained 20 lbs of muscle

Taken when i first found this site, i was still skinny as hell, 148lbs, 12% bodyfat approximately.
Lost 10lbs during and before cuba vacation, this was basically my cut for the year...pretty light

well i started out at outside center, but our fullback got hurt and i was one of the faster guys on the team so they moved me to fullback. i really wanna play second row next semester tho
