How I Started:
I'm a big fan of the outdoors and hang out with a crowd that do some pretty intense sports. I didn't simply want to survive them, I wanted to do them in style. And to do that I needed strength and endurance and not a whole lot of extra weight to carry around.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of power it give me and the sense of accomplishment I get from acheiving my goals, be they in the gym or in my vertical work.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is always another trip to train for and I make it a goal to beat my personal climb time for the last trip.

I like your quote there is no elevator for sucess you have to take the stairs!! Other nurses at the hospital are like what!!! you took the 6 flights up here to this floor!! and I just smile and nod haha! Think in my head (everyone should do this) :-) but if it was easy everyone would be doing it
