I was into amateur body building when I was younger, so when I decided to get back in shape, bodybuilding became one of my goals.
Why I Love It:
I love being in shape, it makes me feel better overall.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing my progress.
BB Accomplishments:
In January of 07' I had a rude awakening, I found out that I was not out of shape. My wieght was 316lb. but that was not the bad part. What got me back in the was the fact the I couldn't stay on the bike longer than 8 min. without breathing hard, sweating and having pains in my legs. Now I am 270 with 14% bodyfat and Can stay on the bike as long as i chose.
I am an all natural beginner body builder. I need all that help I can get with how to get my body in competition shape. I am 6'3, 270lbs, and I consider myself as have a great body but I need to become more lean. I just lost over 40 pounds and I am ready to what I have to do.
