Goals:
Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
My overall goal is to lose 200 lbs and to increase energy, strength and endurance.
Goal (Long):
I want to change my lifestyle, eliminating my horrible habits and to develop good habits so that I can lead a fulfilled life. I need to address my eating habits as well as my workout habits and my entire approach to how I live my life. My overall goals are to lose 200 lbs, exercise everyday, and increase strength and endurance. While I want to make life long changes I want to lose 50 pounds in 4 months. Enough to keep me motivated to continue with these life changes. This isn't the first time ive tried to lose the weight and I know how extremely tough it gets after the novelty wears off. Physical appearance means very little to me but I refuse to live a life where I go to work then come home and spend the rest of my time sedentary watching tv and sleeping. There are so many things I want to accomplish/participate in and I have no energy to do these things.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 200 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
20%

I started this month with 2 goals. One was to quit smoking and the other was to start logging everything that I eat.

The first goal hasn't gone so well. I have tried to cut down some but as far as quitting, not going so well. I'd like to make excuses and blame it on changing jobs...

You can do this! make sure to hold yourself accountable. take pictures of yourself every thirty days or so to begin with, so you can track your progress. This community is a great place to find the support you need to achieve your goals. I can certainly say it has been there for me. all the best Verb.
