Where do i start? My knee is about 95% i've been able to train as heavy as i want doing select exercises that don't bother it. I have to ice it and stretch it everyday and take an aleve before i train to keep the inflamation down. You know you've toasted your legs when they spasm for...
hey dude just wanted to ask... I'm "skinny" trying to get nice and big... how would you recommend I train? I've been given advice from other people and they suggest a 2 days split system (day 1 and day 4:legs/back/shoulder day 2 and 5:chest/arms and 2 days abs) Am quite new to all this was wondering if you had any advice?
