How i got my Abs: Hardcore football 3x a week. Eating a shit load of good foods. 4x Leg raises untill failure (straight legged) 4x weighted crunches, 4x normal ab crunches(about 100-150) 1 weighted, 1 normal and so on untill 4 of each was completed. 2x per week. Then at home i did a floor routine.(1x per week) 3x 200 crunches. 2x heel touches (75 each time) 1x 6inch footraise for aslong as pos 2x 50 concerntrated really slow situps.

Seriously, you need to ignore every one whos telling you to clean bulk, you should be shooting for 3,500 Cal a day, if you can get them in clean food please eat dierty, you don't look healthy man, i'm not being a prick, but you do.

My legs aren't very impressive, i'm a football player (soccer) and i can only manage to train my legs once per week other wise i can't run :P

Orite Shane, I think you have an amazing physique, and hope and think you will win all of your up coming shows, i noticed you have a heavy day, and a light day for the same muscle group in each week, i also train each muscle group twice a week, but go heavy (8-10) reps on both days, why is it that you're going heavy/light? is it for contest preperation?
