When I Started:
May, 2007
How I Started:
I have been competitive in martial arts for 10+ years now so I have been athletic, but when I compare myself to others my age, I consider myself skinny. Most of my friend are heavier or have a bigger build. Throughout school and highschool this was the same throughout. I was bullied in school and I was never happy about my body. Over the passed year I decided to bulk up by eating anything I could find, this worked to an extent, but I had no muscle. I am now changing this!
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding makes me feel good about myself, due to the fact that Im making a positive change to my own well being. I like the reactions I get when people see my build compared to when I was thinner and more frail. I feel more confident due to this.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always picture what I want to look like at the end of the road. I have this thing when I'm in the gym and I'll be running or lifting and I'll be listening to some electronic music like The Prodigy, Crystal Method or Chemical Brothers and I picture myself entering a ring of some sort, either UFC, WWF or a boxing ring. This gets me going
BB Accomplishments:
I don't just want to get some muscle about me, I want major changes. I want to change my body a LOT!

Hey bro chhers for blog comment, as for your questions in your blog about how to use your time.. you need to find what right for your body, if you can handle exercising more than a day in a row then do it. You should try working just two muscle groups (eg Chest and tri's) a day until youv worked your body, take a rest then start cycle agian. Have it so you work each muscle group no more than twice in a week (eg every 4-5 days)
