My uncle back when I was around 18 knd of coerced me to go with him to the gym and I just stuck with it after a while on my own.
Why I Love It:
Love seeing a visual progress of your mental dedication, plus love the bonuses that come with having a fit body that sadly in America is becomin a rare sight anymore since people are happy apprently to just watse their lives away behind a desk 8 hours a day and eat like crap then booze awy their weekends. I also love the rush I get in the gym seeing myself in the mirror and just feeling like an animal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think after all this time I'm beyond the motivation point and it's just habit really.
