Hey brother. Just checked out your recent pics. As hard as it is to improve on excellence, it looks like you are doing it, my friend. I just bought a new camera and will work on updates to my own gallery. Cheers - Jamie

Wow...18" biceps. Great work Greg. I have been stuck at 17" for a year now, but you have inspired me to keep at it. Cheers -- Jamie

I see you use muscle synergy supps. I have been looking for a new NO product. How many do you take per day? Do you take immediately before the gym or does that not matter. Looking great, my friend.

I think creatine is favored by many people. It is good for muscle growth and recovery. I use it after every workout.

Hey Adriane. I have been able to add mass with hight intensity weight training (heavy weights, fewer reps) and plenty of protien. Creatine is a good post work out supp. NO works for some folks, so I think it is worth a try. Cheers -- Jamie

Thanks for the feedback, David. I have just started on NO and am pleased with it so far. To answer your question, I have been lifting off and on for 20 years. In the last couple of years I think I am finally getting it right - lol. Cheers-Jamie

Hey Andre. I haven't used vaporize. So far, I have stuck with NO, creatine and whey protien. To cut fat, I do intense cardio. I try to keep my supps simply..and affordable :)
