I use whey protein, creatine, glutamine and BCAAs. Been experimenting with Ginseng too.

Thanks for the comment. I'm not feeling very ripped now. My trainer's had me bulking for 3 months. I'm up 25 pounds from those pics. I hope that my cut phase will get me back down to 4-5% but will some more muscle on the bones. Wish me luck

Sounds great, man. I was sick last week so no gym. Back at it this week with 40 mins cardio a day and lifting 4 days per week. We made candy and I've eaten way too much! LOL

Thanks man! I take Synergy twice a day. 8 tabs in the morning, and 8 before training. If I don't train, I take them mid afternoon. I really think its a GREAT product. If you get some, let me know what you think! ~Ray
