I'm not in bad shape at all, but I want to define my body more with a definate "undershelf" to my chest, standing abs and another 2 inch gain on my arms with more broad shoulder and a thicker back. LOL and I want my 29 inch waist back.
I want to train for a functional purpose... to run better and avoid injury, to play basketball and jump better, and to get outside, climb higher, bike farther and hike longer.
