Day1: Chest & arms + cardio(SFP or Hiit)
Day2:Legs(high volume)
Day3:SFP cardio
Day4: Arms and Abs
Day5: Back and shoulders
Day6: legs and abs circuit
Day 7: SFP cardio

Off season I only do sfp once aweek and hiit 2x a week for cardio.

My meal plans. I'm an ovo-lacto veg
Building plan-
meal 1:4-5 eggwhites, 1/2 cups of oats (or 2 slices Ezekiel bread), 1tbs of peanut or almond butter.
Meal 2: 5-7 egg whites and 1 serv fruit
meal 3: veggie burger (or 1/2 serving of tempeh),black beans full fat cheese, flax seeds or flax seed oil
PW- shake and 1 low fat carb (less than 150 cals)
meal 5: 6whites (or 1& 1/2 smart dog), veggies, tortilla, oilive oil, and cheese
meal 6: protein pancake.
Leaning out/cutting plan-
meal1: 5-4whites, oats 1tsp of almond butte
meal2: pw- shake plus any low fat carb under 150 cals
meal3: 4whites+ 1/2 serving of fruit
meal4: 6whites, low carb tortilla (or 1/2 serving of black beans), cheese, veggies
meal5: 1 veggie patty, veggies, and olivie oil
meal6: shake + 1tsp of pb.
