How I Started:
I've been doing sports since i was a sophomore in high school. I was a pudgy little girl all my life before that who was not involved in any physical activities. When I started wrestling in high school it changed my life. I started weight lifting and doing off season sports to be the best wrestler i could and eventually went to college to continue my sport. I wrestled on a collegiate team for 4 year and just ended my career few months before i graduate. I want to change my focus from sports related goals to transformation of my body, gain knowledge as a personal trainer and possibly compete in figure competitions one day!
Why I Love It:
Everything about working out is amazing. I love the feeling of having control of my body, being able to shape it in ways i want, feeling powerful and strong when i lift and living a healthy lifestyle all together.
How I Stay Motivated:
I used to be extremely motivated by my sport but now it's just the desire to look the best i can. My job and the environment i work in is extremely motivating as well as the inspiring people i have around me like my best friends and team mates.

Goal (Long):
I want to see definition in my body. I know i already have alot of muscle, it's just a matter of leaning out and dropping bodyfat. I know if i stay sonsistant and strong willed with my eating habits i'll see improvement at a steady rate.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I like to wear a regular t-shirt because im shy about my core. SOmeday whenim confident enough i'll wear a racerback tank top ( which are my favorite) but for now ill stick to a t-shirt.I wrestle in blac spandex shorts and do not own spandex pants so i wear my short black spandex alot. (im alot more comfortable with my legs than i am my upper body).I like to wear a regular t-shirt because im shy about my core. What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
1. Be successful. (to me this means finding a job that makes me happy and thriving in it. Money is not a factor here. Money is good, but happiness is more important.)2. Better my relationship with my family. (Start talking ot my mother/spend as much time with my grandparents as possible before they leave this world/make sure my father and stepmother know i appreciate them/build the relationship i lost with my stepsister back up and get to know her knew daughter/spend time with my brother and help him go down the rigth path in life)3. Keep the relationship I have now and better it everyday.( I'm in love and happy and want this relationship to prosper. I know there are personal things i need to work on to see this happen and i want to do that as well.4. Get control. (personal.)5. Looking good! By your pics you have improved greatly and I know you will only get better, but I hardly see the room for it. :) Keep your head held high and push through whatever my be in your path to a better you.
O nice well boxing and wrestling is a lot where are you wrestling at? My friend rob does a league in march i think im going to do it with him its greco roman style should be fun. I haven't been at 24 much either been working like 10 hour days too tired mostly.
Hi, well I've been sick for about a week with a nasty cold. Unfortunately I've been letting my diet slide a lot lately too. So today I'm going to get back on track to healthier eating.
