How I Started:
I played college baseball at the Big 10 level. After college, I entered law school and maintained a great physique. Since, however, I have gained 75 lbs. in 9 years.
Why I Love It:
Great for the body and mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now: SHAME and EMBARASSMENT!
BB Accomplishments:
In 1997 I was 215 lbs. with 11% bodyfat. I was able to bench 375 lbs. and squat 600 lbs. I want to get that back!

I have found you get the best results using a proven nutrition & workout program if you want to lose fat and get into better shape. I followed the Body for Life 12 week program and lost 50 lb’s and my bodyfat dropped from 36% to 10% and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6. I believe by using their nutrition weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
