How I Started:
I haven't really started yet! I want to be healthy and happy, and I want to be able to do the things I could when I was fit and younger. I want to live longer!
Why I Love It:
I LOVED BEING ABLE TO SEE THE CHANGES. I liked sleeping well at night, having control over my body and improving my quality of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, that IS still an issue. I'd appreciate your tips! Some things that otivate me also make me sad, so I'm figuring that out.
I was around 145 here, though I was working out regularly. I look like I felt better and there was still some definition to my face. I look more like myself here.
This pic is at about 190. I was pretty happy here, though fat. I gained 20 more lbs and I'm not happy anymore, so I'mgoing to change all that.
I want to gain muscle and lose bodyfat. I want to be able to RUN by the end of this year. I also want to beat depression and anxiety.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose to a healthy bodyfat and gain muscle and have tone. I'd eventually like to see some definition.
I want to beat this crippling depression and the panic attacks/social phobia and anxiety that have plagued me for years.
I want to be able to have balance, take stairs, walk wherever I want without losing my breath. I want to quit smoking and and make healthy, interesting meals for my husband and myself.
I'd like to see myself return to a healthy and happy me, make my husband happy, have a great sex life, confidence in myself.
I want to be able to go on hikes and do different sports together. I'd like to see myself leading a completely different lifestyle than I am now, and maintain that through the rest of my life.
I would like to see my weight get back to a healthy 115 or 120 eventually, maybe a bit more if I get a good load of muscles... and I want to have the patience and stamina to do it!
By summertime, I want to be able to do things I did when I was 20! I know this is rather general, but I will be able to make more specific goals when I learn more about how to actually DO IT.
