Get back in shape! I want to compete in an endurance event: marathon or triathlon.
Goal (Long):
I think my chest is over developed. I want to spend more time working on incline presses and avoiding flat benching.
I want to push myself a bit further while squatting. I slightly injured my lower back squatting ass to grass with 315. I did not warm up my lower back as much as I should have. I need to build up my lower back strength. I would like to push my hamstring training a bit.
I am getting so much stronger in the deadlift. I am proud of my accomplishments here. This was once a weak exercise for me.
My arms are a weak point in my opinion. I would like to grow about 2 inches there. I would like to shock my biceps and triceps about 2-3 times a week for a month of so to see if I can shock them into positive growth.
My abs are nice and defined, but I would like to build some stronger abdominals. I need to alter my workouts to focus on practical power and explosive training using medicine balls. My obliques could use some extra attention.
I am pretty satisfied with my gains so far, but I would like 30" thighs, 18" neck and calves, 13" forearms, 16" arms, 43" chest, and huge shoulders.
