*Min 100 Broomstick twists everyday (M-Fri)

MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

CHEST
1. 5 sets 8-10 reps of Cable Flys' (*1 warm-up set)
2. 3 Sets 8-10 reps of Dumbbell Press
3. 3 Sets 8-10 reps of Incline Dumbell Press
4. 3 Sets 8-10 reps of Chest(Machine) Press
**WED** Bench Press and Incline Bench Press would be #2 and #3

ARMS *min Once a week max twice* (Muscle Building routine)
1. Standing Dumbbell Curls (4sets/10reps)
2. Incline Dumbbell Curls (4sets/8-10reps)
3. Preacher Curls (4sets/8reps)
4. Concentration Curls (2 Sets/8 rep)
5. 21's (2 sets)
(Triceps)
6. Wieghted Dips (3sets/10reps)
7. Skull Crushers (3sets/10-12reps)
8. Rope Pulldown (3sets/10reps)

*****ARMS (Maintain/Sculpt Mode)*****
1. Dumbbell Curls (4 sets/10reps)
2. Incline Dumbell Curls (4sets/8reps)
3. Wide Dubbell Curl(3 sets/8reps
4. Crossbody Curl (3sets/8reps)
5. Curling with Cables (3 sets/10 reps)
(Triceps)
6. Rope Pulldown (3sets/10reps)

Forearms
1. Wrist Curl (3sets/10reps)
2. Reverse Wrist Curl (3sets/10reps)
3. Hammer Curl (3sets/10reps)

ABS/SERRATUS

1. Jabs with D-Handle (5 sets/10reps)
1a. High Woodchops with D-handle (3sets/10 rep)
1b. Low Woodchops with D-handle (3sets/10rep) (you can superset this)

2. Twists with 45lb weight (*start with 25lb then in 3 weeks bump it up) (3 Sets of 20(each side)
3. Scalp Dip (3sets/10reps)**Youtube it**
4. Crunches (Different variations totaling 800 in 45min so dont trip!!). Video coming soon of them.

Been away from BB.com due to a ruptured left achilles but spirits have still been high.  Lost some muscle due to the dystrophy but am uber motivated by seeing the success of my friends on here.  Thanks in advance.
