2. Twists with 45lb weight (*start with 25lb then in 3 weeks bump it up) (3 Sets of 20(each side)

4. Crunches (Different variations totaling 800 in 45min so dont trip!!). Video coming soon of them.

Been away from BB.com due to a ruptured left achilles but spirits have still been high. Lost some muscle due to the dystrophy but am uber motivated by seeing the success of my friends on here.
