I'm not sure I 100% love it, but I certainly love the after effects. Also, I feel making sweet progress on a healthy vegan diet is needed, so I can serve as yet another example that it can be done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out is apart of my daily routine. If I don't make time for the gym, I feel like ass. Every single member of my immediate family is obese, both of my parents have weight related illness. That's enough motivation for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Original start weight of 218 and now sitting in the mid-130's [as of July '09]. Not done yet. :)
Forum Signature:
If you hate your parents, the man or the establishment, don't show them up by getting wasted and wrapping your car around a tree. If you really want to rebel: outearn them, outlive them, and know more than they do.

215lbs. Worst photo ever. [ps. Excuse the outfit, I swear I usually have good style!]
My shoulders are wider, my waist is smaller, and my legs are shaped. More muscle time, asap. Also- I need proper progress photos taken! Jeans & t-shirts don't cut it.
