compete and get national qualified in my next competitions.
Goal (Long):
I want to compete in the heavyweight division of bodybuilding then slowly move up. I need 30 more lbs of lean muscle to get there. I plan on adding this mass within 10 months.
I do a 5 day split, not resting until A) I feel I need to or B) I can’t make into the gym. Whichever comes first. My first set is usually a low weight high rep warmup, around 15-20 reps. The rest pyramid up.
