I do a 5 day split, not resting until A) I feel I need to or B) I can’t make into the gym. Whichever comes first. My first set is usually a low weight high rep warmup, around 15-20 reps. The rest pyramid up.

Incline dumbbell press 4 sets 6-10...

Dude...always amazed at the progress you've made in such a short period of time. Incredible work. Talk about making me want to bust my ass even harder. Your shoulders are absolutely INSANE. Great quads too. I have to find a new lifting partner in your condition. I'd push a lot harder I think.
