I started weight lifthing with my friend when i was like 16. I was watching The worlds wrestling federation since i was 12 years old, so i wanted to improve my body to look like them. That's how i started.
Why I Love It:
It teach me that hard work can paid. To have good result you got to make it a life style. I love to work on my body to make it look better and better. I feel so good after and intense workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
For me it's easy to stay motivated because i love this sports. I watch some pro's videos on the web so it give me a good motivation on the day i feel more lazy.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have Bodybuilding accomplishments yet but i have done a powerlifting competition in 2002 and a local strongman competition in summer of 2003.
Training's going well thanks, Andre. Focusing on increasing my strength; squat and deadlift are coming along okay, but I'm starting to stall in Bench/Overhead Press. The Row video sounds good - I'm keen to see other's technique and make sure I'm doing it right! Let me know if/when it goes up.
My training is going alright. I have been feeling very tired, due to lack of sleep. My daughter wakes up a lot during the night and boy it's catching up to me.
nah,no more for me bro. Working and making money is the most important thing for me now. I was 14 when I started competing in powerlifting, didn't compete in BB untill I was 24.
