What is the best age to start lifting weights?
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Every mistake in the book.... Never ate enough, didnt use proper form. etc etc....
Dont remind me of those painful days...
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Read up on proper form and practice with the bar till you have it right.
Dont be in a hurry to use heavy weights, Form always comes first.
AND EAT!!!!
