Always have liked working out, and really got in to it in High School, for sports and the pure enjoyment of it
Why I Love It:
makes you look, and feel good. Also there is nothing like busting some ass in the gym when you are mad or frustrated, all that goes away! The only other things I have found like that are surfing and playing hockey
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes that is a problem. Doing what I can to stay motivated now that I found this site and some drive in my life
BB Accomplishments:
nothing really, never entered a contest or anything like that
Well 2 days in a row, 45 mins each for cardio, worked chest light yesterday, and then had a 1.5 hr skate last night. Have a hockey game tonight, so its leg overload for the last 2 days. Good thing is I'm back in the gym, and motivated to actually get back to it!
Hey Vanniek- Yep, I am still plugging along. I am trying to add bulk. I am also rehabbing my right knee. It's a mess. But, thankfully I didn't blow it out like you did. Was yours a hockey injury? Did you have surgery?
Hey Vanniek- Yep, still plugging away. I am focused on "leaning out" so my weight is down, reps are up and my diet is fairly clean. How 'bout you? How's the restaurant biz?
