How I Started:
Got a membership down my local gym cos i needed to get some size and bought some equipment for home use also to help that along. Now ive recently moved, im hittin the home stuff when i can.
Why I Love It:
It calms me down believe it or not, if the days not been so great or things are getting on top of me i can let it all out on the weights, plus when i eventually see a transformation in myself i'll be able to fill this in a bit better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated by the way my body is at the moment, not how i imagine it to be.

None yet but i'm sure there will be.
