Good luck with your cut, V. What weight are you starting at and what are you hoping to get down to? Make sure you take lots of progress shots to chart your cut. Don't be too concerned with losing size at this point; you'll get it back when you start re-bulking.

thanks, I start contest prep 2 months out, some ppl need 3, the first 4 weeks is basically cutting all fat/junk, and this year I will be wearing a sweat shirt at the gym and doing more cardio to get to 4%, as u get into pre contest there's ALOT more to it, if u want i'll message u what i do for high carb and low carb days..
