I was feeling really bad about myself and I was out of shape and newly single. My brother was going to the gym one day to set up membership and asked me to come along, so I went and he added me as a member.
Why I Love It:
The way I feel afterwards and the benefits I reep later on. Not to mention that I remain healthy in every aspect of my life. I don't think people realize how important health is.
How I Stay Motivated:
I usually stay motivated by updating my mp3 player, changing routines, buying new alfits for the gym, buying new cookbooks, looking in the mirror, and my husbands support. Also I see a trainer now twice a week.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 30 lbs and gone down 3-4 sizes.
Recently I had a baby and lost the weight and size all over again! I'm happy to be a MILF ;)

I'd like to be able to do 10 pull ups, 10 push-ups,10 dips, etc. I'd like to be able to lift my own body weight no matter what the exercise. I want to be able to Pole Dance and do tricks.
Well It's been a great week. I went to the gym Tuesday thru Friday and am almost pumping as much as before I was preggers. Totally stoked about it! And the job is good...the daycare I need to get used to but I know my daughter will survive. I can't be with her 24/7 so she's bound to go through...
Hi Girl. Thanks for adding me. You've done a great job with losing baby weight. I'm finally rid of weight of my three kids...LOL. I'm just trying to build up some muscle and run. Hope you had a nice Halloween. Mine got cut short due to sick son.
