Its just addicting Every so often when i notice the gains in my body i get even more pumped to work out. The best motivater though is when my girl says she is noticing that i am getting stronger and sexier

Today was crazy. I started out doing my bench routine but did 4sets of 20 with 75lbs(incline), 95lbs(flat), and 85lbs(decline).  4 sets of 20 with 55lbs doing hammer curls.  3sets of 20 with 45lbs doing Palms-Up Barbell Wrist Curl Over A Bench.  3 sets of 20 incline sit ups.  Plus i started...
