So.. I kinda forgot I made this and I figured today would be as good as any to start. I worked out shoulders today. I did 4 sets of DB Presses, and 4 sets Arnold Presses. 4 more sets on the delt raise machine followed by Lateral Raises. I finished with upright rows and did 4 sets of BB...
