After losing everything, and dropping to an all time low of 155 by getting extremely sick. I didnt work out for 7 months... so now its time to start putting bricks back in the wall and climb to a healthy 195 at 10%.

VanceReplock Got badly sick.. Didnt work out for about 7 months, dropped to 155. started back up 2 mos ago. Gains have been unreal the past few weeks.
