How I Started:
I've worked out off and on for wrestling back when i was in high school. But i didn't get real serious until i found bodyspace. It gave me access to all the information and motivation i needed to give me that push
Why I Love It:
There isn't many things that feel better than the accomplishment feeling of having completed a hard workout at the gym and to have your muscles feel like they're huge

I would think it would be bench press because you are lying under the bar and it has the potential of crushing you
