How I Started:
I've worked out off and on for wrestling back when i was in high school. But i didn't get real serious until i found bodyspace. It gave me access to all the information and motivation i needed to give me that push
Why I Love It:
There isn't many things that feel better than the accomplishment feeling of having completed a hard workout at the gym and to have your muscles feel like they're huge
How I Stay Motivated:
Results that i see in the mirror, compliments by others, and reading others successful stories

Goal (Long):
I don't want to be the small, skinny kid anymore who is constantly being joked about being too scawny. I want to have 16" arms and hope to weigh 200 pounds
