How I Started:
I've been working out for years, but i'll be honest and say that I wasn't really doing it effectively. Three months ago I decided that a comp as a goal was the way to go, and completely changed my workout and eating.
Why I Love It:
It's my 'me time', and there's nothing like being happy with your figure. Although I'm not where I want to be just yet, its great feeling fit and healthy.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
M1: Oats and PP
M2: Chicken and Veg
M3: Chicken, veg and rice
M4: Egg whites/1 yolk
M5: Beef and veg
M6: Cottage Cheese and PP
Plus a couple of extra protein shakes in there somewhere.
Do you have a significant other?
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
Not at all. If anything, it has improved out relationship. My partner loves the fact that I'm passionate about being fit and healthy.
What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
Eventually compete in a Snowboarding event. Although I'm sure that counts as fitness!
