Growing up I was always in shape. I grew up on a ranch and was a 3 sport athlete. However, in college I let that go...along with my body. Needless to say, its time to get back what I let go.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel after a good workout. Like how you are so tired but energized at the same time. Overall I feel better about myself when I am working out regularly.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old photos to remind myself how I used to look. I also draw motivation from my husband. It seems like when I want to give up and cheat all week he is there to keep me steady.

I want to get down to about 15-17% body fat. I want to learn how to eat clean for the rest of my life.
I want to do this because it is time for a change. If I keep going on the way I am, I will not have a very healthy, full life. It will be cut short by selfish choices I made. Not anymore. I am sacrificing for the cause.
I want people to look at my body and think "damn, I wish I looked like that"
So, I just posted this seamingly silly goal of loosing 2 pounds by the 7th of April. However, I seem to overlook my goals if they are not right there in front of me. Loosing 2 pounds in a little over a week seems so easy, but really if I don't write it down, I probably won't do it. ...
O come on valley girl, it can't be that bad, we all can improve on where we are at. Plus too it will feel that much better when you reach your goals. Stay positive and surround yourself with positive people. - later
