How I Started:
I was going insane for over a year not being able to go to the gym. As a teenager I was very athletic so I was used to a lot of physical activity. I worked out at home but I just didn't have the motivation to do much there, so I saved up and got a gym membership.
Why I Love It:
It cheers me up and calms me down.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of people who inspire me.

I want to trim off a few pounds of fat while continuing to build lean muscle. I want feminine muscular definition.
Goal (Long):
I want more muscle and less fat. I want to look lean and trim. I want a flatter stomach (with abs) and trimmer thighs (always a problem spot). I want to significantly lower my body fat % over the summer. I don't actually care if I lose weight, I care about the overall look and body fat the most. Though if I can, I'd like to drop 10 pounds. I'd like to be able to wear shorts, feel good in a bathing suit, and lose inches around my waist.

Ever thought about doing P90X Yoga, Core Synergistics, and Ab Ripper X? I live by P90X and have definitely seen massive improvements and I'm only at Day 30 :).
