How I Started:
Last time I lost weight, I lost all the wrong weight. I wasn't building muscle mass and therefore I wasn't able to keep it off. This time...I do it right!
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the pump after a workout. I love the way my muscles look in the mirror right after I work out. I love the fact that I can see the changes occuring in my body for the better. I cannot wait to reach my goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated for my kids. I had my third child and first daughter on May 5, 2009. I want to be able to walk her down the aisle some day, and look good doing it. I want to be able to play catch with my 6 year old and 3 year old sons. I play league softball, I want to be able to still play when my sons are old enough.
BB Accomplishments:
I have no real accomplishments and have no desire to compete, but I do have goals for size and definition.

Vaflyerchanged Weight from 194 lbs. to 194.8 lbs., a 0.8 lb. gain in 12 days
THIS MONTH: I want to put on lean muscle. I am pushing my muscles harder and working them more. I have cut out some cardio and hope to put on muscle...not fat. Current weight: 187.8. Goal weight: 195. Want to put on mass not focus on BF% to much.
LAST MONTH: Well, I tried to drop some of my fat around my belly...My pants changed, but my weight didn't. I guess that ultimately is better in the long run. I wanted to drop BF% so maybe I did that. I was about 192 when I started the cut.
Well, I last took my measurments on July 8. That was a long time ago...what 4 months. I figured it was time to do so again. The changes came back in with mixed results, but I think that has to do with the fact that I am still losing body fat...and have more to lose. Yes, I am working...
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. Keep up the great work. Yea, I am doing good. I am working on my food a bit trying to create some "food confusion" for my body so that I can continue to loose some more weight. Let me know how things go.
hi mate,just caught your blog. i am no expert on this stuff but i reckon you are doing well,you clearly working hard so stick with it. the point you made about the legs is a good one mate.work hard on them it will help with overall strength and developement. dont be over critical mate,its a long road and you are travelling the right way,all the best.
Thanks man. Well football ended so I had time to lift more. I also learned the importance of healthy food lol. I used to bulk by eating everything in site.
