It's all about Tomorrow
I found that if you focus on making it back tomorrow then you start to train differently. So many (including myself in the past) train really hard and burn themselves out or worse injure themselves. Instead do it right!
1) Warmup
2) Start Light
3) Lift Hard
4) Stretch it all! (at least 15 min needed here)
I find this speeds up my recovery and gets me back in the gym more often.

Don't Cheat, make the correct foods your lifestyle
So, building a body doesn't happen over night.. but you probably already figured that out. Nutrition is the same way! The key to making it stick is to start to assess how you eat and what you eat. Then move on to changing it into how a "body builder" needs to eat in small steps.
Cheat meals should not be your focus. It's not "how long can I last till I crash." Instead you should be thinking "this is how I want to live my life, I chose this" and make small steps to get there and stay there!

I prepared most of my food on the weekends for example and especially made sure I had food with me when I had to travel for work. Weight training was no different, if I was out of town for...
