week started awesome :) had awesome 3h workout on biceps, triceps, chest and abs... Feeling awesome :)

Background
Well... I started approximately in 7th or 8th grade. school, harsh time of my life. I was the skinniest and one of tallest kids in class, so everyone picked on me. Than when i had enough of it i took family album and saw picture of me - bone and skin kid. than i realized that i need to do something about it. So i discovered fitness world, bought dumbbells and started to work out. Slowly i started to look like everyone else. Ofcourse than i didn't have any trainer that told me how to work out correctly also i didn't know anything about nutrition (cant tell that i'm expert now but i know some things). Reached my goal and i stopped at that one. yea I grow up and went to collage. After graduating i realized that I'm extremely losing weight and losing shape. Mostly because of stress and long way from school and home, and not eating correctly, eating one meal per day was normal for me. So now in 2012 i started to work out again. (wish i could write something else but I'm not that good at English) :)
