How I Started:
I have been working out for as long as I can remember. I love going to the gym, it's like a second home for me. I love watching and talking to other people at the gym and learning from them as well as helping when I can.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good. It's a major part of my life. I love going in the gym and setting and achieving new goals. I have learned so much purely from experience and communicating with others. I love trying out new things because monotony can become boring, as I'm sure you all know.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am always striving to get better. Reaching for a new goals. I'm always looking at the mountain top and climbing higher. Nothing is ever good enough. Once you settle, the competition will pass you by.

Jump rope - 6:00 warmup

Flat bench wide grip barbell press - 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 245x8

Standing cable tricep extension - 100x16, 120x15, 150x15, 160x15

Incline smith machine press - 185x12, 225x12, 245x12, 265x8, 265x8

Reverse cable tricep extension...

Reason: For muscle recovery. I take one scoop pre and post workout.

ok i got a ? in regards to chest development. now how can i focus on the bottom of my chest as well as on the sides going into the arm pit? i have fat there that i need to get rid of somewhow...the rest of my chest is solid.
