How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30 seconds - 1 minute. Like to keep the pace up, but still recover enough for the next set

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I tore my hamstring in the gym once. That took a good 6 months to recover completly. It was at the end of a leg workout, doing sprints. Hey you are looking awesome! I noticed you started out in the 160's and are now weighing around 180. I'm fighting the uphill battle for weight also, can you give me any pointers-what worked for you?
