My goal for 2009 is to build as much solid mass as possible while maintaining a strict, clean diet. This means slower progress, but I prefer maintaining a very natural diet with only whey protein, a daily multivitamin, & fish oil caps as supplements.

Hey everyone,

Hope training is going well for all! I'm keepin' it consistent with about 6 meals (3000 cals) per day. Right now I am following a 4-day split, allowing for maximum muscle recovery/growth. I am about a week into the Tri-phase training program that I found on the site..check it...

My typical weekly training split:

Mon=Chest/Abs
Tue=Legs
Wed=Back/ Abs
Thu=OFF
Fri=Delts/Abs
Sat=Arms

10-1 5 reps for upper body
12-20 reps for lower body

6-7 exercises per workout
4 additional ab exercises on ab days
