My mom used to be a professional bodybuilder and has participated in many, many competitions. I've always been naturally scary strong for my size and weight.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it releases my pent up anger and its a display of will power and your man hood. How far are you willing to go to the breaking point or see if you have a breaking point. How much can you endure before giving up. Can you be broken or will you be triumphant. That's my thinking.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lifting weights is my motivation. I live and breath this stuff. Its in my blood.
BB Accomplishments:
Just to achieve a 'Frank Zain' or Schwartzeneggar figure but naturally and not with steroids. And to increase my already scary muscle strength.
Because I've seen results in strength, muscle endurance, muscle intesity, and a chiseled body.

Provision6. It's statiscally and logicall the best out there made by Techline. Its also the most expensive.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
nothing. I just wake up and say in my mind 'There's a Battle to conquer today....'
