Hey Vell - to give you my current diet and w/o program would be pointless for you - only because it is specifically designed for my current bodyweight height and also being female - all i can say is stick to clean food - for teh most part - I can give you the diet that i used to lose weight way back when - that worked for me

Even though women are different, I don't like to train differently! Of course I could never lift as much as a guy, but it's pretty much the same for everyone- guy or girl. She's sounds pretty unhealthy- I would just have her ease into a program- very light weight or iso program and some kind of fun cardio so she sticks with it!

DIET IS The key to helping her. No amount of situps with help her get rid of a belly...if she doesnt eat clean. And pick up the cardio...at least 5 times a day.

we women are not different if we train 'like men'. We just hold bodyfat in different places. I think women just do too much cardio and not enough weights. I curl 36 lb dumbbells and am still only 5'3", 120 lbs. It wont make her huge to go heavy

you can't target train to lose bf. diet is 75 to 80% of what you do. she needs to get her diet in line, do cardio, weight train with high reps and short rest periods in-between sets. all of this contingent upon her fitness of course. tell her good luck!

she has to start eating better and start some weight training. I have a sample diet on my page and she has to read the book The eat clean diet" by Tosca Reno. eating clean really does work. I swear by it

Those are the areas that are the most prone to cellulite. Cardio and a clean diet is the best way to diminish the appearance of cellulite. Cellulite is due to a weakening in the layer between the fat and skin (fascia) it gets stretched out and allows the fat to show through the skin so the less fat you have the less cellulite. Sometimes impossible to get rid of 100% but it is possible to significantly reduce the appearance. Cut down on the salt and drink lots of water. Hope this helps!

The only way I know of to get rid of cellulite is to shed the BF. Once I got down under 17% most of it was gone. Caloric deficit is the only way to do that, and cardio helps to speed that along. She should do muscle preservation exercise as well as eating, so as only to lose fat.
I wish her much success,
Tink

Those are the 3 areas that women have a tendancy to have problems with. The best way.....her nutrition. Nutrition is 80%, if not more, of the equation. It's about eating "clean" and healthy! Tell her to start there first.
