I first started lifting weights to get bigger and stronger for football. Once football was over I started bodybuilding at 19.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of it... making yourself better. Setting yourself apart from everybody else.

Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Maintain a clean bulk this offseason and improve upon my weaknesses and take 1st in the heavyweight class of my comp. in 2009. I plan on competing in the 2009 Western Michigan Bodybuilding Championships.
Goal (Long):
Eventually be bulked to 275-290 lbs in the offseason, and compete around 220-230 lbs. win my class in my next competetion in 2009, and keep improving my weaknesses. And to get stronger!
