I joined a gym just to play basketball and decided to give weightlifting a shot. I was never consistent enough going a month here and a month there. In Jan. 2005 I went daily for 6 months straight and was very pleased with the results, but stopped once again and just started working out again in August 2007 when I came overseas. It's been over a year and some change but I'll get it right!
Why I Love It:
It's just a part of my lifestyle and I want to become a personal trainer when I return home. It also gives me peace of mind to know that I can make daily improvements to my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love how I have some control sculpting my body in a way that makes me happy about the hard work I put into it. I can't forget my Ipod either!
BB Accomplishments:
I just want to maintain a healthy physique for the remainder of my life God willing.

Shame on me! I haven't been to the gym in over 3 months! This week I'm back on it with a lot of catching up to do.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose 15-20 lbs of fat and drop my body fat to 7% and be in the best shape of my life. I want to be a chiseled 225lbs and sculpt every bodypart the way I want it to look! I also want to practice what I preach on a daily basis and pursue a career in personal training to help others to obtain their goals.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

Day 1: Legs: Quads, Hams, & Calves
My rep range for these exercises will consist of 10-15 reps.
Regular Squats or Front Squats: 4 sets
Leg Press or Hack Squats: 4 sets
Walking Barbell Lunges: 4 sets x 40 yards per set (there and back=1 set)
Leg Extensions: 4 sets

Hey you...Long time...hope you are doing well...my daughter just got back from Iraq about 3wks ago...we've been doing a lot of catching up and i'm still tryin to get my workouts in..it has def been a busy summer for me and now that my youngest is back in school i can get back to a more normal routine.

ohhh okay. where were you in NC? and yeah I am looking at jobs in VA. I have a test up there to take for a job in Prince William County on the 6th of June. You know anything about that area.
