I'm not sure. I would like to do the Mr. Minnesota Natural and then the NPC Mr. Minn. I might take another year off to grow and not do a natural show:)

Hey great job this weekend. Your class was stacked. I almost couldn't get in to watch the show it was so packed. That super-heavy was huge. Great job and best of luck in your future shows.

My off season has been going good. I'm up to 221 lbs and have been able to stay above 220 for the last month and a half. I'm going to try and hold this weight till Feb. and then decide if I'm going to do any shows.

Thank you. My brother played baseball out in Denver for the summer and the family he stayed with lived a block from Phil. I got to see him train and talked with him for an hour very nice guys. Congrats on your accomplishments too and good luck on your upcoming show.

Good. I'm up to 220lbs now and really trying to add some muscle. Plus I've started lifting with my brother-in-law to help push me. How has your off season been going? Are you going to do any more shows?

I've taken a few weeks off of training to rest, but going to hit it hard again this week. I went to Denver on vaction and met Phil. He's a really nice guy. We talked for over an hour. He's a huge guy.
