How I Started:
My goal when i first started was to lose weight. I weighed 168 and i was bulky with no real definition. I was a novice and just starting out. I didn't know much about weight lifting so i cut out all junk food, bad carbs and went on a high protein complex carb diet. I lost 23 pounds in two and a half months just by cutting carbs and doing cardio everyday. Like i said i was a novice and didn't know the proper way in which i could lose wieght while maintaining my muscle. After losing all of my muscle along with the fat i basically started from ground zero. To give you a basic idea I weighed 145 and was curling the pre-set 40 lbs curling bar for reps of 8 lol. I started weight training for real in the begining of August with my Trainer Mark. I did varrious researched everyday along with intense training sessions and am now very knowledgable on bodybuilding. Bodybuilding isn'y only a hobby for me its a life style.
Why I Love It:
After workingouti feel great, every bit of aggresion and stress that has built up throughout the day is quickely relieved as soon as i begin workingout.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is actually very easy to stay motivated. After every work out i have i can't wait untill the next one.
Mate from seeing your pics youve come a long way and put a good deal of dedciation into your passion, good for you. Gives me something to believe in seeing thta im a newbie in this field.
