I kinda accidently the whole thing. I was boxing and started lifting to improve strength. Then i started going to the gym with one of my hyooge cousins which made me wanna be hyooge like his good self. Oh and i was fairly skinny so i needed some meat on me lol.
Why I Love It:
Because i like the feeling you get when you lift heavier than last time, knowing your making progress. It gives me something good and useful to do and i enjoy it. Its something that you can put unlimited effort into, you can always go a bit further and that ensures you don't get bored.

Hey buddy, yeah man i just updated all my measurements yesterday put 2inches on chest since last recorded. Not bad, took a week off last week and was doing pressups/situps. I have a week off next week as im in Scotland then its back to ruggid training, how about yourself?
yea, getting ready for a PL meet sometime in the summer, still cuttin it down, training is going great, injury free, and diet is actually going pretty well, but bigbeezy is still throwin down the weekly big mac
Nice man, yeah currently at 12st 7lbs wouldnt mind hitting 185lbs at bulk and then just go from there and up.. good luck with it brah. hit it hard and pain is temp and pride is forever.. thats on my gyms wall and its really good
Sick nice DB Chest i did 25kg for 10 reps the other day.. looking to get back to the 27.5kg weight which i was like last time. Sick look to get some good muscle then, bulk to 190?
